In the initial meeting we will discuss any ideas or questions you may have concerning your proposed renovation. As professional contractors it is our responsibility to give you all the information you need to make the right decision. We will review any drawings, sketches or reference material you may have to better illustrate your vision.  

Depending on the scale of the project, we can either use our in-house design services to provide you with a 3D layout of the proposed renovation or ascertain the services of an architect and/or designer to obtain working drawings and permits. 

Once all the specifications are set, a construction agreement and contract will be prepared that will outline the scope of work, costing, allowances, work schedule, timelines and payment schedule as well as insurance and warranty details. As trusted professionals we guarantee our price will stay within the budget and timelines outlined in the contract unless any changes are made by you, the client, at any stage of the project. 

Keep in mind there are other crucial aspects of a project beyond the cost of materials and labour that affect the price. The key is to establish trust and confidence and to ensure you know you are working with a reputable and professional contractor. Such things as references, insurance, warranty, cleanliness and above all quality of work are all important and deciding factors.
