I am so please with the wonderful renovations you have completed at my home. I have received numerous comments about how beautiful it is, including from strangers such as deliverymen. I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for all that Pure Reno has accomplished in the last few months. Your professional and perfectionist approach to all aspects of the project is as impressive as the quality of your workmanship, and your attention to all details. I am grateful for your guidance when I was uncertain of what to opt for, for your suggestions on things I had not thought about, and for your unwavering patience when I was slow to make a choice or when adding new things to the list to be done. What started as a kitchen renovation (it is such a pleasure to cook and entertain now!) and finishing of the basement (so warm and cozy) turned into a more widespread contract involving almost the whole interior of my home. I adore the color scheme (I refer to it as 50 shades of grey) and am delighted I followed your recommendation for the red sunroom. It is absolutely stunning. You and your team are a pleasure to work with: so patient, considerate, reliable, and easy-going, no matter what requests I made. Most of all, I was amazed that when I voiced an idea, you took charge and handled everything. I can’t thank you enough for having created such a superb living environment for me to enjoy. We recently undertook an ambitious down-to-stud renovation of out circa 1930s home which involved significant structural and design work and the replacement of just about everything except the slab, bricks and roof. For many years we disliked the main floor layout in our 2 storey house. The dining room was closed off and small so we rarely used that room. Likewise, a living room near the front of the house was isolated and never used. We wanted an open concept that would allow us to use the whole main floor and at the same time update the kitchen and fireplace. We solicited ideas from a number of contractors and couldn’t get a feel for what was to come, so we hesitated again and again. Then in May 2010 we had Peppi and Bruno of Purereno provide free estimates on not one but three different renovation options that they knew would work with the architecture of the main floor. They explained step by step building processes and created a picture of what to expect. After talking with them we knew they were experts at what they do and that they love the work and take pride in every job they complete. That gave us the confidence to initiate the project. They were very knowledgeable about the wide range of materials that we should consider. When we were overwhelmed by the choices, they assisted in choosing granite, backsplash stone and paint colors that they knew worked well together.
Peppi and Bruno have a great team of employee’s as well as ties with very good sub-contractors, and as a result, the completed work exceeded what we had hoped for. New energy saving windows were installed in the entire house and we couldn’t believe the beautiful trim and windowsill’s they created throughout the house (and how warm the house is this winter). Purereno employees kept the worksite very clean and neat and swept and vacuumed all work areas at the end of every day. As they worked on the renovations, they upgraded many other things throughout the house – wiring, light switches, door knobs, anything they knew should be fixed. Expert professional work and friendly approachable people always accommodated our wishes throughout the project. As we saw things coming together on the main floor, we just had to ask Peppi and Bruno if it would be possible to renovate our Master Bedroom, the Ensuite Bathroom, build a Walk In Closet and renovate the Main Bathroom as well. We were amazed when they said they could work all those new jobs into the current project by staying just a few extra weeks.The prices quoted for all parts of the project and the project timelines provided by Peppi were always correct and didn’t change. We will only ever hire Peppi and Bruno for any future renovations we will need, and will recommend Purereno to our family and friends. Many thanks.

Our project was further complicated by the fact that we didn’t intend to build a complete foundation under the addition. Pure Reno was the right team for us.
